1) 100 % of the grapes must come from Montagne de Reims (written confirmation from producer must accompany the offer)
2) Blanc de Noirs
3) Organic, Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE 3) and/or Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC) certified (certification must appear on label)
4) Min. 70 % of the wine must be barrel fermented
5) Only one offer per producer. If more than one offer is submitted by the same producer, the lowest priced offer will be assessed, regardless of wholesaler
6) One-lot min. 780 bottles
7) Possible supplementary one-lot launch in December
